Title IX Investigator Training 2/23/2022We will be hosting a new Title IX series to educate members on updates to this federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination. The Title IX Investigator Training will be on February 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Title IX Investigator Training will be hosted at the Madison ESD district office in Phoenix (lunch will be provided). This training will focus on the requirements and responsibilities of the individual who fills the investigator role under Title IX. Click here to register for this session. Training will be presented by Cathleen Dooley, an experienced school attorney formerly with Udall Shumway; and Jennifer Corry, Trust emergency management consultant and a former district administrator and hearing officer.
