Alliance 2016/2017 Actual Payroll Figures


In order to process year-end adjustments for your district, the total actual payroll for 2016/2017 must be reported to the Alliance by August 4, 2017. In order to submit your district’s 2016/2017 actual payroll figures, please do the following: 


  1. Log on to the Alliance website (if you do not have your log in information, please email the Alliance, or call your member services coordinator).
  2. Click on the “Report Actual Payroll” tab.
  3. Enter the 2016/2017 actual payroll figures (reportable gross wages) by class code, and attach the applicable back-up report (e.g., Visions report, payroll tracking spreadsheet). Instructions are included on the Alliance website. 


Once the final payroll information is received, a statement of the adjustments will be provided, and a debit or credit will be applied.  If you have any questions regarding the actual payroll adjustments, please contact Member Services at (800) 266-4911, or via email.
