Risk Management Summit
The Risk Management Summit (RMS) is an annual, day-long conference at which high-impact, school-related risk management topics are addressed. The next RMS will be held on February 9, 2018 at the Glendale Civic Center, and will feature Dr. Thomas Gambino and Mr. Jeff Gale from the New Jersey Department of Education’s Office of School Preparedness and Emergency Planning. Dr. Gambino and Mr. Gale will discuss school response in the event of a natural disaster, including important planning steps, and lessons they learned from the impact of Superstorm Sandy.
This year’s RMS will also feature breakout sessions on specific topics, such as workers’ compensation, maintenance, and employee benefits. Both a continental breakfast and lunch will be provided at the event, and attendees will have a chance to win great prizes. Additionally, the RMS will once again be offered via streaming webinar.
If you would like to attend the K-12 RMS on February 9, 2018, please log in to the Trust website to register.
