The RMS allows member districts to hear from industry experts on how to prevent or mitigate a variety of losses that may occur, network with colleagues and make new connections, and more!

 

The 2023 RMS keynote speaker will be Dr. Glenn Lipson, an internationally recognized expert in forensic psychology. Dr. Lipson will be speaking on sexual abuse prevention and threat assessment, with a specific focus making connections with staff and students.

 

The RMS will also feature four breakout tracks, each with various sessions from which attendees can choose:

 

• Hot Topics: Pathways to sexual abuse/molestation (SAM); the fentanyl crisis; and a SAM discussion panel
• Emergency Management: crisis communication; Title IX; and emergency planning
• Claims and Coverages: cybersecurity; district policies and the Model Policy Program; and a look at some of the larger Trust liability claims
• Employee Benefits: mental health; nurse case management, and health care costs

 

Attendees can participate in-person (preferred option) or virtually
