We’re bringing back the LIT Facilities Workshops—bigger and more hands-on than ever—with full-day sessions designed specifically for the people keeping district facilities running every day.

If you’re in the field solving problems in real time, this training is for you.

These sessions focus on practical, job-relevant topics—not theory—and give you the opportunity to learn from both instructors and peers facing the same challenges.

Topics include:

• Procurement: navigating the process without unnecessary delays
• Electrical preventive maintenance that helps avoid costly issues
• Responding to water intrusion and minimizing damage
• Playground safety & hazard identification
• Key control and access management
• Effective pest control strategies
• Campus security fundamentals (locks, access, site safety)

Based on attendee feedback, this year’s sessions include more real-world examples, problem-solving scenarios, and peer discussion.
